Fresh from the inbox, check out the latest single by Winnipeg-based pop-punk outfit Sleep/less with “Better Days.”

Formed in the summer of 2018, Sleep/less (Sleepless) is a five-piece pop-punk outfit from Winnipeg, Manitoba that blends early 2000s nostalgia with a modern emotional edge. Drawing inspiration from the melodic grit of Good Charlotte and One Ok Rock to the heavier tones of Bullet for My Valentine and Children of Bodom, the band delivers high-energy anthems laced with introspective, open-ended lyrics meant to hit everyone a little differently.

Led by Beau Turner, Brad Conrad Wiebe, John Corsiga, Dean Vlahos, and, Austin Unraw Sleep/less made their mark with standout single Laska and their EP Bring Back Movie Quote Song Titles, a fan favorite that fused heartbreak, memory, and cathartic hooks into cinematic pop-punk storytelling.

Known for their explosive live shows, the band has shared stages with Finger Eleven, Big Wreck, and Our Lady Peace, and toured the West Coast with their signature mix of nostalgia and forward motion.
